Gedurende ons zwangerschapsverlof is de praktijk tijdelijk gesloten voor nieuwe inschrijvingen. Vanaf november is het weer mogelijk om je bij onze praktijk als nieuwe patiënt in te schrijven.
Gedurende ons zwangerschapsverlof is het tijdelijk niet mogelijk om online inzage van uw patientdossier aan te vragen.
Vanaf November zullen beide diensten weer opgestart worden.
